During the Milan Fashion Week last June, the fifth edition of Denim Boulevard, the very first Italian event dedicated to denim culture, was held in the large Torneria space in via Tortona 32. The presence of exhibitors, partners and visitors of this edition is quantitatively and qualitatively significant, enriched as always by exhibitions, workshops and many other gems related to denim such as the Tailor Shop organized by the main sponsor of this edition, Levi’s.

The customer workshops (Levi’s with the Tailor Shop, Rajby with the natural dyes and Kassim with the installation of the innovative “no smog” fabric) and the Mugshot Barber Deal shows have captured the attention of the many visitors who have crossed the gates of Torneria and found themselves projected into a world of different shades of Blue. Denim as the leitmotif of a unique three-day event. Some numbers are necessary to explain this edition that has just ended:

over 2000 admissions
over 500 “Denim Boulevard” patches that Levi’s sewing machine attached on jeans and jackets
100 vests that have been immersed in natural dyes in the Rajby space
6 Barber of international level, with workshops, training and tutorials
over 100 were the visitors for each of the performances made by the Barber
over 50 beard and hair cuts that have been taken care of by barbers
